Todd Coffman Captures Jay Construction and Restoration 40 Win at Ponderosa Speedway
Junction City, KY (April 24, 2015) Ponderosa Speedway would return to action on Friday evening and Todd Coffman of Parksville, KY would record the victory in the Jay Construction and Restoration 40 for the Premier Integrity Solutions Pro Late Models and take home a $2.000 payday. In other action, James Rice of Verona, KY would claim his first-ever Super Late Model victory by scoring the win in the Good Neighbor Pharmacy Super Late Model main event, while Jason Bell of London, KY would be victorious in the Hardees Mini-Cup/Cyclone division feature event. Rain showers would move in and force postponement of the Sweet Beans and Things Modified and Lawson Tractor Sales and Service KDRA Super Stock feature events, with both of those feature events taking place next Friday May 1. <<Read More>>

Ponderosa Speedway Adds Full Racing Program to Schedule for This Friday April 10
Junction City, KY (April 5, 2015) Ponderosa Speedway track promoter Jerry Denson has added a full  racing program to the 2015 schedule for this Friday evening April 10 at the 3/8 mile D-shaped red clay oval better known as “Kentucky’s Baddest Bullring” .  The event will be a full racing program for all divisions in weekly competition.

The April 10 date was originally scheduled as an off date, but with the first two events scheduled for the 2015 season falling to Mother Nature, track promoter Jerry Denson has decided to add this event to the schedule for this Friday April 10. <<Read More>>

Old Man’s Garage Spring Nationals presented by Schaeffer Oil at Ponderosa Speedway Rained Out April 3
Junction City, KY (April 3, 2015) Ponderosa Speedway track promoter Jerry Denson and staff were set to begin the 2015 racing season on Friday evening April 3 at the 3/8 mile D-shaped red clay oval better known as “Kentucky’s Baddest Bullring” with the 3rd Annual Spring Showdown that would feature the Ray Cook promoted Old Man’s Garage Spring Nationals presented by Schaeffer Oil, but Mother Nature would dictate otherwise.

Heavy rains began falling around the track around 6:30 p.m. on Thursday evening and with the rains stretching on into the night, the track and grounds are totally soaked from the precipitation.  Also, with a weather forecast calling for even more rain and thunderstorms throughout the day on Friday, the track and Spring Nationals officials were left with no option but to cancel the scheduled racing program.  No make up date has been announced at this time. <<Read More>>
